If your design team is in need of some support on your next install, we can help! Our team has skilled designers that can offer support to help put the finishing touches on your design.

WHY HIRE THE SIMPLE HOME FOR INSTALLS?

We are able to work with your in-house designers, take their design, and execute on it as they envisioned.

You're busy! Wouldn't it be nice to have someone else finish the install instead of being out of the office and unavailable to work on new projects?

We have close to 20 years of experience in the commercial design market. We have the specific knowledge in multifamily and senior living spaces needed to have a successful install.​
WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT FROM THE SIMPLE HOME DURING AN INSTALL

We'll crosscheck furniture placement and correct accessories that have been delivered; check for any damaged or missing items.

Unpack, remove all tags and stickers, assemble lamps and small items, and place all accessories according to the design team's plans.

While we're there, we're happy to review any other design aspects to check that the overall design has been executed to plan (correct finishes, installed lighting, etc.)

We'll coordinate with you to ensure trash is removed and spaces are cleaned up before we leave.

If needed, we'll even shop for additional accessories while on-site.

Install services start at $95/hr including travel time, with a minimum of 8 hours.
